Contract will end at the end of July 2026 unless tenant wants to stay longer. Room reservation fee is one week rent, this is payable on application. Tenancy deposits are two weeks rent. These are protected with the Deposit Protection Scheme. Rent will be paid in three instalments (Nov, Jan and April).

All tenants will need a UK based guarantor. Video viewings available for all properties.

Bills are included (gas, electricity, water, broadband, no council tax if you're a full time student, but properties are band C). No parking available.

Fully furnished bedrooms and communal areas. Bedrooms come with single or double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe with drawers, bedside table and spacious underbed storage.

Kitchen is provided with basic set of pans, dinnerware, tableware, hoover, iron, kettle, toaster, microwave. Tv is provided in the living/kitchen spaces. This has a TV licence provided by us and yearly Netflix subscription.

Communal spaces are professional cleaned every week.
