Rent is £450 per month including bills with one month rent as deposit.

Large garden, cosy living room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. Lots of free parking on the streets around the house.

If walking/exploring is your thing then you're in luck.. Darley Park and the river Derwent are a 5 minute walk away and the Darley Abbey Mills area has some lovely bars and restaurants.

The University of Derby main campus is around 15-20 minutes walk away with Britannia Mill a little further. The centre of derby is around half an hours walk and you can follow the river.
