I am looking for a flatmate to share a two bedroom flat. You would share the flat with a male tenant.

The flat is located within walking distance to both universities in the sought after area of the West End. The flat is spacious and decorated in a modern style. The bedroom for rent is a double bedroom, fully furnished.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge frezer, electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and condenser dryer.
The shower room comprises of a digital electric shower, toilet and basin with storage.

For ease of cleaning, laminate flooring covers the entire flat apart from the shower room which is sheet vinyl flooring. The flat is fully furnished including mattresses and curtains; items can be added or removed as needed. Lots of storage throughout the flat and there is also a loft.

Storage heating, double glazing and boiler water heating system. Secure entry door. On street parking.

Bills are not included, the cost would vary in the summer to winter months but it would be between £40-60 monthly. Internet is installed approx £17 monthly.

I am looking for someone who plans on staying for some time however will consider tenancies of 6 months. One month deposit in advance. References required.
