I am a PhD student in my last year at the university of Dundee studying Biological Chemistry and Drug Discovery. I moved to this property in 2017 and have been letting out two rooms for the past two years whilst also staying in this flat.

The flat is located in the Stobswell area, near Baxter park. The flat is on the second floor - it has double glazing and gas central heating.

We have: on street parking (no permit needed), bath with shower, kitchen-diner (as the main socialising place), Virgin broadband, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle etc.

The distance to:

St. Andrews university - 40 minutes (walking + bus)
University of Dundee - 27 min walking or 10 min cycling.
Abertay University - 22 min walking, 6 min cycling.
James Hutton Institute - 28 min cycling.
DW gym - 13 min walking, 4 min cycling.
Lidl - 3 min walking.
There are bus stops close to the flat.

The room that I am letting out is 18.5 m sq. It has a double bed, rug, desk and a large IKEA PAX wardrobe with some extra shelves. If there are any special requirements or extra furniture that you would need in your room - you can let me know and we can sort something out.

Bills are split between the total number of occupants and paid monthly. Assuming there are three people living in the flat bills were between £20-40 for electricity/gas (before price skyrocketed) .

A bit about me: I have lived with various people while studying at UoD. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and has the ability to maintain order. Besides this I am fairly relaxed with most things. I am quite a social person and my friends visit me occasionally, however, I am past the stage of having parties and sometimes can stay busy for weeks without even having time to catch up with anyone.
