1 x double bedroom available to rent right at Magdalen Green. The flat is ground floor consists of shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is free on street parking available. The kitchen has a pretty small fridge but it manageable. The bills (gas, electricity and wifi) come to about £55 a month per person. I'm currently in my 2nd year of a PhD degree looking to continue renting this flat until September 2021 and would like someone to rent with me preferably until this term. I'm clean, tidy, friendly and sociable. University of Dundee is about a 10 min walk, closest bus stop on Perth road is around 5 and 10 min walk to Tesco extra along riverside. Move in date could likely be negotiated given the current circumstances of pandemic, but preferably as soon as possible :)
