Hey guys!
I‘m currently looking to find someone to take over my room. My course was cut and I'll wont be studying in Dundee at all, which is sad, but here we are :D

Okay, the room is located in city center on Whitehall Crescent, about 8 mins walk from campus, and the letting agent is Jamal Property World. The room is a single and there's a kitchen, big living room, bathroom and my bedroom. The cost is £320 per month, excluding wifi and utilities. But including all you should get somewhere close to £380.
Deposit is £200.

You'd be living with a 28 year old female international student at the University of Dundee. She's studying and working a lot from home, so she'd need a bit of quiet. Other than that I got to know her as friendly and easy to talk to.

The lease would start on the 17th of August. It is possible to move in earlier depending on when the current tennant will move out.
