Hi everyone! I am looking for a flatmate as I am moving out by the end of this month or by the middle of next month. This is a fully furnished penthouse with a large kitchen, living room and a balcony along with two bedrooms. Situated at a prime location nearby to the city centre and just 2 mins walk to the Seagate bus station. Utilitiy bill is almost £90 - £100 per person per month.

CT for applicable for professionals/students exempt.

Looking for a social flatmate who can easily settle in and is interactive & can occasionally hang around in the living room with my flatmate.
