I’m looking to find a housemate for my 2 bed flat in Dundee (Killin avenue). £400 a month + bills (bills shared between us)

It’s in a more residential area so is very quiet, but only a 20 min walk to uni. It backs onto the law so it’s lovely for walks! There’s a huge communal garden and a private section too where I plan to plant herbs.

Ideally looking to share with a fellow uni student I can get along with well, who must be clean and tidy as this flat is my baby! They also must like cats as I have a bengal X kitten who is very friendly. I’m in no rush to find anyone so would prefer to get to know someone before agreeing anything.

I’m starting a dentistry degree in UoD as a graduate (I’m 22) so have gotten all of my partying out of the way and would like a chill flat. I’m social and love cooking, baking, hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, horse riding, sewing and art.
