I am a mature student going into my second year of study at University of Dundee. My current flatmates are in the process of moving out, but I am keen to stay as I like the property and so I am looking for two flatmates to move in. No particular requirement for students, though the property is situated within walking distance of both Universities of Dundee and Abertay.

The three of us split the rent three ways to be £310 each per month. If one tenant would rather pay more and one less this can be made possible. The flat is fully furnished with beds, tables, couches, a washing machine/tumble drier, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, oven and hob. I also own a kettle, microwave, air fryer and three televisions I would be happy to share for communal use.

Currently for gas, electric and internet the three of us pay £42 each a month. I am willing to negotiate for cheaper or more expensive packages depending on your preference. Windows are single-glazing so there is potential for issues with noise and the cold in the winter months. This has not been a major issue in the past but is worth taking into consideration if those are deal-breakers for you. The council tax band is C.

I currently do not own pets but the landlord has been flexible with this in the past. We have previously owned hamsters and rats, so do not see this being a deal-breaker.
