Hello my name is Jack and I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in a Blackness Road flat.
Bills: roughly 120 pcm so 60ish shared (gas, electric and wifi)

--About the flat--
The flat is furnished and has a shared dining kitchen, bathroom and small TV room. The double bedroom on offer has a desk, chair, walk in cupboard and a very comfortable bed.
There is a shared garden and are to dry clothes in warmer weather.
Students only please as I am council tax exempt.
On-street parking available.

--A bit about myself--
I am 20, nearly 21, and in 4th year Comp Sci at University of Dundee. I am frequently out and about but also enjoy spending a night in chilling, I watch a lot of films. I am flexible with your needs and preferences. I don't mind a bit of mess as long as it's not too bad, and gets cleaned. I can also be a bit of a night owl as I work later shifts at my job, but generally pretty easy-going to stay with.
