Hello everyone

We have a room in a two bed flat for rent in the heart of beautiful Dundee. One of the rooms is available now. Just opposite the bus station and only ten minuet walk from either university's and five minuet to all shops and restaurants, pubs and clubs. swimming pool just across the street for lots of relaxed fun.

Electric is shared between two and is pay as you use metre, Infared central heating is new and much cheaper to run, so cost can be kept much lower for all to benefit from.

Room comprise of a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and comfy chair.

Please note that some items of furniture could be add or removed as required. Please just ask and we will try our best to help you out where possible, we want your stay to be as pleasant and homely as possible.
The kitchen is modern with all appliances that’s required to prepare nice meals On a brand new oven and glass hob

Bathroom is a three piece style, in white with electric shower over the bath
