My partner is moving cities to study for a masters so I have a room available.

5 minutes walk to Dundee Uni & DJCAD, about 20 minutes walk to train station and there are bus stops right outside the flat running in both different directions.

You will be required by the letting agency to complete an application on their website. This includes references, employment details etc, all the regular stuff really.

Whilst the tenancy will start officially on the 20th January 2022, the room will be available from late December so please just let me know the date you would prefer.
