One double bedroom available in a lovely, spacious 6-bed flat right in the centre of Dundee (Nethergate), between town and Dundee University - just minutes from the train station, the waterfront, the shops, and the night-out spots!

Although we are a majority student flat, we do accept young professionals. Unfortunately, we cannot accept anyone over the age limit (sorry!).

Hello, my name is Katie, and I'm a student at Dundee uni.
I am 22 and in my final year studying medicine. I am living with another medical student (23), a nursing student (22), and two professional dancers, who are currently doing their masters (22).

Our other flatmate (who we adore!) is sadly leaving us at the end of this year (Dec 2024) to go travelling, so we have one spare room available.

We are clean, tidy, and easy-going. We love a night out, a dinner party, or a movie night in. We are very sociable and enjoy each other's company. We all have different hobbies, including going to the gym, cooking (with a glass of wine in hand, of course!), yoga, surfing, watching Bake Off, and making cocktails! We also love baking, and we will bring you coffee and banana muffins in the mornings!

If needed, parking is available nearby once you have applied for a permit (this is very handy in the town centre!).
Bills are not included, but they are reasonable - around £40/month for wifi/gas/electricity.
