I am moving out of my room and looking for a girl to replace me. Formerly two separate properties, this 7 bedroom student house is now linked by a glass corridor creating excellent and spacious communal living areas. The outside courtyard is enclosed and cobbled and fitted with seating and outdoor lighting. Situated just a short walk away from both the city centre and the University Campus is in a great location for student living. The housemates are very clean, private and super easy to live with.

The room is quiet and it faces the courtyard. It also has a tv, a desk and a chest of draws.

Very peaceful and good for working, very sad to be leaving it.

I am willing to negotiate the price.
