I'm a masters student and want to leave Durham before my lease is up to go hiking. I am looking for someone to take over my lease contract with Robinsons lettings. The room is a large, furnished ensuite with shared kitchen, laundry, and lounge. The room has a desk, double bed, TV, large wardrobe, and dresser. Everything is new; even the mattress was brand new when I moved in this past October. All bills are included, including WiFi and TV license. The room is available on either June 1st or July 1st, whichever you would prefer. The lease goes until September 29th. Nobody has signed it for next year yet, so if you are looking for a room for next year you could rent it for next year as well (Sep 29th 2019 to Sep 29th 2020).
