I am currently a second-year student who is studying for my Physics Masters. I have been fortunate enough (thanks to my family) to be in a position to purchase my first property in a lovely new development (Cathedral View) near the Town Centre and the Science Buildings. approx. 10 mins walk from both.

I will still have a mortgage to pay so I am looking for a friendly housemate who would like to rent a room in a brand new property in a lovely new development within easy reach of all the local amenities and the university buildings.

I am currently living in the property and sharing with two wonderful housemates but unfortunately one is unable to continue from July 2021 and we are looking for someone else to take her room from July 2021 for the 2021-22 academic year and beyond if required.

I like to work hard and put time into my studies as it’s an intense course but I also enjoy the social side of university life and have already made some great friends and memories. Enjoying a night out in town a couple of nights a week for a few drinks without getting completely wasted is a pretty good description of a night out with me.

I also like to play tennis when the weather is permitting and love a little bit of PC & gaming and watching a good movie or show. I cycle for fun and transport and again if the weathers great like to get out and about. During the lockdown, I have been doing lots of baking and anyone joining our house will be well fed with cakes and bakes. I have also been gifted a wood-fired pizza oven and I regularly cook up fresh Neopolitan style pizzas for everyone. So so tasty......

I am a friendly, kind, caring and considerate person and I would like to find another housemate with similar attributes. The room is the 2nd-floor front room of this terraced townhouse and the approx. size of the room is 4 metres x 3 metres so big enough for a small double bed, desk and chair and wardrobe. You would both be sharing the bathroom on the top floor which has a Toilet, Basin and Bath/Shower. I will have an en-suite in the Master Bedroom so you have this Bathroom to yourselves. The kitchen has all the latest mod cons including dishwasher and Washer/Drying machine. There is also a couple of good sized storage cupboards on the ground and top floor.

I am offering the room/house with all bills included, including Broadband and TV Licence.
