👋 Hi I am Yasmine and have a spare room in the Gilesgate area of Durham. It is about 20 minutes walk to the city Centre and about 10 minutes on the bus. The room is fully furnished and has lots of storage space. The living spaces and bathroom is shared with one other person (my partner Ben) during the week, and two people during the weekend (I will be working Mon-Fri away) and there is a lovely garden in the back to relax if the weather permits. If you drive or cycle to work there is parking and two sheds to keep your bike. We have a cat, Maisie who has full run of the house.

Ben my partner is a 27 year old Spanish teacher who works in Sunderland and I am a 27 year old scientist working in Liverpool during the week. We both do like to come home and relax after work and watching tv and having a calm chilled out friendly home. We would like a housemate that is quite relaxed, tidy and wanting a calm home.
