One large, comfortable double bedroom available in the Golden Triangle. Situated just a 10 minute walk away from the city centre (close to Castle Mall), and a 5 minute walk to Unthank Road which has bus stops on the 25 Route to UEA. There is a convenience store only a few houses down, two Tesco Express stores a 5 minute walk away, and a large Sainsbury’s less than 10 minutes away.

Current tenants are two boys and two girls, all friendly and sociable. The two boys are third-year Psychology students, one girl is a second-year Creative Writing student, and the other a third-year Business Management student.

There is a kitchen, bathroom (with bath and shower), and toilet downstairs. Additionally, there is a kitchen, shower room, and toilet upstairs. The strange but functional layout is attributed to the house originally being two separate flats.

The advertised bedroom is upstairs, and I have attached pictures of the upstairs kitchen. Both kitchens have their own fridge freezers, storage, hob, and oven. The new tenant would only share these with two other tenants. The other two occupy downstairs bedrooms, and so prioritise the use of downstairs amenities. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer downstairs.

The shared living room is downstairs and is used by all tenants. There is a sofa and a television, but no aerial, so a laptop and HDMI cable is needed. There is a shared HDMI cable.

There is on-street parking but you have to apply for a permit from the council.

Price shown is monthly rent only. Currently, gas, electric and water cost £26.20 each a month, and broadband costs £9.40 each.
