Hi guys, im urgently looking for someone that can take over my tenency(from 1 December to 1 August 2025). 😭

Available from 1/1/2025

There are 3 bedrooms in the house and 2 of them have been rented.

Two bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room. Sharing the house with two other tenants(one girl and one guy).

Bills and broadband £65-£68
(£119.5 per week per person)
(The bills should be getting cheaper when the winter is over)

Around 15min walk to uea campus, 6min walk to Tesco

The room:
A 2/3 double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and two drawers(I bought them in early October so they are quite new)
