A good-sized double room available in a friendly student house in Earlham, Norwich. A 15/20 minute walk to UEA's campus and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop to Norwich city centre. The room is on the ground floor at the back of the house and is therefore very quiet/peaceful. You would only be sharing a bathroom with one other girl.

There are 6 second-year students currently living at the house who are looking for a 7th housemate to take my place. You do not need to be a student, though if you are not, you would need to then pay council tax (£221 per month - Band A) as well as your share of the rent and bills (£523.55 in total per month - equivalent to £121.75 a week).

The tenancy is until 31 August 2025 and the room is ready to be moved into from mid December 2024. I have paid the rent/bills for the month of December and you would only start paying from the 1st Jan 2025. If you want to move in later, please do still get in touch!

There is also a car parking space if you need. As well as a large gravelled garden.

As mentioned above, they are very friendly and kind people, who enjoy being social (often in the form of dinner parties, watching films and playing games) but who will also respect your alone time/personal space.
