All current housemates are clean, tidy and easy to get along with. The house has 1 bathroom with WC, bath / shower. Your room is comfortable with wardrobe (with clothes rail), unit with chests of drawers, small desk & single bed, side table. Broadband and council tax are included. You will be asked to pay gas, electricity and water bills monthly (according to meter usage approx £30/35). In the kitchen/dining area you have your own cupboard and space in the fridge/freezer. The house is close to the Thames river in a quiet neighbourhood). Perfect for someone who likes a good run / walk, or just relax with a book with a calming view, far from the crowded roads.
This is a house share (2 males) - your potential housemates are all working professionals. If you join us, it will be only 3 of us in the house in total.
