I have a double room in a five-bedroom house just a 5-minute walk from ExCel centre and Prince Regent DLR. You have quick access to the Bank, Canary Wharf, Stratford, Westfield, and East London University. There are also some fantastic river views and walks in the area. The house has been renovated recently and has laundry and a dryer. It is very bright, has a private garden and is situated in a quiet and calm area.
The bathroom is shared with another person, and there is a shared kitchen/living room. The rent is £866,67 PCM. All bills are included, except 20% for electricity and gas. However, since I am moving in with my girlfriend on June 6, I will give you a £200 discount on the first month's rent.
The lease term ends on August 21, 2022 (You can extend the contract if you wish to stay longer).
There are no special requirements for a new flatmate, but a friendly personality would be great! :)
