Option A: JUST ROOMS
For each individual room that you take, you will be responsible to pay for a third of the bills (electricity, council tax, TV Licence, internet, etc) in addition to the monthly rent (at £900, £900 and £1000 respectively).
Option B: WHOLE APARTMENT
The apartment is available to rent as a whole for: £1900 per month. I pay the service charge and the water bills. (Usually the price is £2,200, so it's discounted by £300 per month or £3,600 per year!).
Additional discount: If you take the whole apartment on a one-year contract I will also include broadband, so that all you need to pay is electricity, TV Licence and council tax.
This works out much cheaper for you and a much less hassle for the landlord.
The first to view usually takes this... I look forward to hearing from you
