We have got a nice spacious double bedroom in the second floor with desk, wardrobe, TV etc. - ideal for a student or professional.
It's all very tidy and clean; a professional cleaner takes care of the communal area.

In the house you can use the well equipped kitchen, the communal sitting area and, if London's weather allows, we also have a terrace with garden and barbecue - nice for getting some fresh air.
If you like cooking together or enjoy a nice vino, then this is your place. However, you don't have to socialise if that's not your thing.
Washing machine, dish washer, super fast fibre Internet etc. are all available as well. Our place is registered as a HMO.

The location is very quiet, safe and almost next to the river. Woolwich Dockyard station is less than a 10 minutes walk away, buses run 24 hours and you're well connected to Woolwich centre; Greenwich, tube and DLR also are not too far away.

We've got a couple of 24hr superstores nearby as well as large Asian supermarkets. Woolwich high street shopping is a nice 15 min walk along the Thames away, Queen Elizabeth Hospital is also within walking distance.

Other than that we are a quiet international couple with two female tenants and a small dog, looking for a tidy clean and quiet house mate. Price includes all bills.
