Ideally we're seeking someone who has a job in education, youth and community work, health or social care.

This is a nice double room in a big Victorian house in E13 for £500/month all in and secure space for your bike. Stratford station and Westfield is 10 min away on the bus or you can walk 10 mins to Plaistow tube station.

There is a sheltered oasis of a garden, a decent kitchen and lots of places to sit and eat or relax.

We are an openminded, trans-inclusive gay female couple aged 49 and 50 with a social conscience working in a university and a local authority, and two kids aged 7 and 18. The 18 year old is usually on his PC and off to university in Sept and generally bed time for the 7 year old is 9pm-ish. Our youngest kid has autism so we are busy with him and have a pretty uneventful home but enjoy having a laugh, cooking and the odd glass of wine.

One of our mums lives quietly in a separate flat at the back of the property. We have a friendly cocker spaniel.

Parking is available for an extra cost.
