Umbrella guardians are looking for guardians for a property in East London.

It is close to amenities and transport links.

There is ample storage and communal space and the rooms themselves are good sized.

We have not long had the property and will be constantly improved. We are looking for open-minded individuals looking to become property guardians and people have previously been property guardians.

Priority will be given to guardians that work from home or with varying shift working patterns.

Umbrella Guardians is able to offer accommodation for lower than open market prices because we give responsible, respectful individuals the opportunity to look after and protect the properties they live in with flexible contract arrangements.

Property guardians are not security guards however in exchange for subsidised pricing we expect the guardians to remain vigilant and behave respectfully.
