Hi everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my flat until the end of July (with an option to renew the contract after for 12 months). I am moving back to Yorkshire due to personal commitments. Nice modern apartment complex with concierge.

Amazing transport links - 5-10 minute walk to Stratford station which has Jubilee Line, Central line, DLR and National Rail connections! Also if you cannot be bothered walking to Stratford station, we are a 3 minute walk to Stratford High Street DLR station which is a 1 minute journey to Stratford station and also connects to the wider DLR network taking you to Canary Wharf, Bank etc etc.

Lovely clean and respectful flatmates - one consultant and one civil servant.

Really great open plan kitchen and living room to host and cook and relax after a long day at work/uni! It is a halal kitchen so please keep this in mind. :)

The bedroom - very spacious and modern. Lots of storage for clothes.

Bathroom - lovely waterfall shower and a separate bathtub too.

Washing machine. We normally get a cleaner to do a clean per month (£8 each per month). There is an underground car park for an extra fee but you would need to check the fees with the concierge.
