I am looking to rent my one-bed flat on a quiet street in Stratford, for short or long-term lets.

The flat has a kitchen/diner/living room with space to relax, a large bathroom, double bedroom and storage cupboard. It also benefits from a shared, large roof terrace. The flat is on the ground floor as part of a secure, gated development.

It's a 10-15 minute walk to Stratford station and very close to Stratford high street and the old town. It's just a couple of minutes from Maryland station, with quick trains into the city. It's also close to the East Village and olympic park, and to Stratford International station and Westfield.

I'm looking for an individual or couple to rent the property. It is furnished with essentials (fridge, washing machine, sofa, table and chairs, wardrobe, drawers, bed etc) but without clutter, so that you can make the space your own.

The rent amount does not include bills - these are council tax (£130 PCM or less with the single resident discount), water and heating (about £60 PCM combined), wifi and a TV licence if you would like one.

I lived in the property for more than three years before renting it out and really loved my time here - I hope that you will, too.
