My partner and I are moving out of our beautiful double room in the East Village to go to Australia. Flexible move-in date from 1 August - happy to discuss further depending on when you need to move in.

The room available is a double bed with a non-ensuite bathroom. The room has two floor to ceiling windows with a view of the beautiful green outdoors. It has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers and a double wardrobe with large storage space. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet with mirrored cabinets.

You will be sharing with one other flatmate, a 25 year old consultant who is laid back and easy going.

FLAT DETAILS
The flat is a spacious two bedroom flat with a kitchen-dining-living room area and a huge balcony (one of the biggest in east village). The view from the balcony is of a beautiful open-green space. Great space to have an outdoor meal in good summer weather.

The flat includes a washing and drying machine, dishwasher and all the usual kitchen appliances (microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.), ironing board and the usual household necessities. Free super-fast wifi is also included in the rent price.

Transport wise, it is a short 5 minute walk from Stratford international DLR station and Stratford int. train station (which has the super fast 7 min train to Kings Cross).
