Who we are:
Hi! We are Sam (uk, 30yr, Data Analytics) Rebekah (NZ, 30yr HR ) and Carolina (Portugal 25yr Set Design/art department) we have all lived in this home for a number of years and are looking for someone to join and a fourth flat mate as our last flat mate has just left.
We are independent, but enjoy each other’s company whilst still respecting each other’s privacy and space. We all get along really well and consider each other friends.
At the moment Sam works from home so there is limited working space, if you had to work from home 100% or the time this might be a challenge. Ideally we are looking for someone that does hybrid working.
The house:
The house has five bedrooms one room we use as a spare it has a sofa bed, a desk and space to do yoga, we also have a backyard where we can bbq in the summer.
We have one main bathroom and a space smaller bathroom that’s not really used.
The house is over two floors with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs.
The kitchen is large, has a new Gas stove and oven, dishwasher, two fridges and freezes, and brand new washer/dryer.
The room:
The room is a double bedroom on the second floor, with lots of sun! It’s the sunniest room in the house. No mould! Just been repainted.
The location:
7 minutes walk from the Leyton tube station; and 20 minutes walk to Olympic village/Westfield
We live 5 minutes walk from a large ASDA, and 3 minutes from the high road. We also are right next to Francis road which has a number of independent cafes and shops. There is a sense of community here!
We are looking for someone who:
Someone friendly, respectful and just a genuinely a nice person.
Someone who wants a home to live in Not just a Place to crash.
Someone who is willing to also put effort into keeping the house clean and tidy.
Someone who is vaccinated and LGBTQ+ friendly.
The contract:
Our contract is a room by room contract, if anyone moves out you are not liable to cover the missing rent.
The contract is the rent of the room and the council tax = £550, bills are usually £60-£75 depending on the time of the year.
Min 6 month term
