This flat is formally up for renewal on 29 April this year. We're looking for a flatmate to join a household of 2 other people on a full time basis and details of the new flatmate will be needed for reference checks by 29 March.

The total rent for the flat from 29 April is 3.339.00, the ensuite room would therefore go up to approx. 1,205 from then onwards. Internet is included. All other bills go through a company called HomeBox, all 3 tenants currently have a direct debit of 116.00 pounds each per month so we'd set up the new flatmate here (the HomeBox DD covers water, heating, electricity, council tax, energy use). The price may fluctuate now and again in line with meter readings which we provide monthly. Could potentially vacate the property sooner ahead of the new tenant moving in.
