We offer a self contained room with a double bed and own kitchenette to rent in a household with a live-in landlord.
The bathroom is on the first floor. The landlord uses the bathroom on the ground floor.
The house is comfortable and very secure and is situated in a quiet residential area in close proximity to Forest gate station ( about 10-15 mins walk) and Wanstead flats open fields. Stratford is about 20-25 mins walking distance away.
We welcome both single people and couples. For a single person the rent is £850 per month inclusive of all bills, for a couple -£ 1000 inclusive of all bills.
