Quiet and clean professional to share house with a live in Landlady. There is a bathroom with WC upstairs, a shower room with WC downstairs (both are not really used because I go to the gym nearby and so use the facilities there, so could have your own bathroom), dining room, front room, kitchen and garden.

Couples (husband and wife) are considered too but rent will be slightly higher.

All bills, including Council Tax is included.

The double room consists of a King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, computer table, chair, and shelves.

Close to amenities including convenience shops, a 7-10 minute walk to Stratford Centre and Westfield. 5 minute walk to Plaistow Station with gym just outside station. As well as Stratford bus station, there is the Jubilee Line, Central Line, Overground, British Rail, DLR and Elizabeth Line. Bus stops are a couple of seconds away on the main road. There are also two parks nearby.
