Forest Gate (Elizabeth Line) takes you to Tottenham Court Road in 15 minutes, and Wanstead Park Overground is also within 5 minutes walking distance. Westfield Shopping Centre is within 20 minutes ' walking distance.

Short-term preferred but long-term considered. Free 24-hour fast internet access. All bills are inclusive. Very relaxed and quiet environment. Would suit a mature person or someone who likes a quiet environment. Preference to women.

There are two bathrooms in the house, so no issues with using the bathroom. We have a cleaning rota for the bathroom and everyone is expected to clean once a week. The kitchen you clean as you go. Someone also comes once every three weeks to clean.
