Hello! We have a sublet of a room available in our cosy and spacious warehouse in Fish Island/Hackney Wick. The room is available! There no need to ask if its available! Please read the entire ad if you wish to inquire

The room is available Feb 28 until April 5 with some flexibility on dates. It is £570/month and that price includes all bills (council tax, electricity, internet etc.), and a house kitty to cover toilet roll, cleaning supplies, tea, spices/oil etc, and general communal items. It is a double room with a mezzanine bed. No window sadly. We'd expect you to pay upfront for the full length of stay, but would be open to paying in multiple installments

Our place is located on Fish Island, so is a short walk away from both Victoria Park and the Olympic Park, and all warehouse community things the area offers.

We are a friendly, chilled bunch aged between 25 and 32, who enjoy spending time together in and out the house, cooking meals, talking about our feelings, watching films and general wholesome home vibes. Not a party flat but we do throw the occasional party and gig.

You will be living with an actor/comedian, refugee support worker, animator, plumber, and a woodworker/furniture maker. It’s a really friendly atmosphere and looking for someone equally warm, weird and wonderful to join us.

Open to all ages and genders. Very LGBTQ+ friendly.
