This is a large, very spacious double room with a king size bed available for a SHORT LET ONLY in East Village.

Please note the dates that it is available are between **the 13th of October to the 6th of November 2024**.

I am offering the room with 3 days of FREE RENT if you wish to have the room for the entire period, i. e. move in on the 13th and leave on the 6th Nov; you will only pay for 3 weeks as opposed to 24 days of rent.

I’ll be travelling for a few weeks to visit family hence the availability.

This is a wonderful flat with a huge shared open plan living room / kitchen, and an adjacent winter garden. Very kind and friendly flatmates who work Monday - Friday.
You will be right opposite the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Just 7 minutes away is the Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping centre, and you’ll be around 15 minutes walk from Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground, Elizabeth & National Rail lines).

I take great care in keeping my space clean and tidy; it will be handed over in freshly cleaned condition and I’d expect it to be returned the same.

Please note: you are free to choose whether you would like to keep furniture (e. g. the table and chairs) in the room. A £100 security deposit will be required either way and refunded to you at the end of your stay.
I will remove all wall decor for you, however, please note that some small marks/command strips on the wall may remain (please leave them intact). I am offering this room at a bargain price because I will also have to leave some small items (empty bags and cardboard boxes) under the bed. Therefore, please only enquire if you are ok with this.
