This is a single room with an ensuite in University of Edinburgh student accommodation. I currently live in the room but I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over my lease. Unfortunately you have to be a current postgraduate University of Edinburgh student who is not currently in student halls already. So you need to be fully matriculated on the move in date.

It's a really nice flat, the rent includes all bills/wifi and cleaners who clean the kitchen weekly and clean the ensuite fortnightly. There's a nice spacious kitchen with two ovens/hobs, two sinks, two fridges, plenty of cupboard space, dining table, and a sofa and armchair. It even has a little balcony!
Great location, right by the meadows and George Square.
