Small double bedroom in newly renovated 1st floor Georgian flat in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town (just up from Stockbridge and just down from George Street) available from 17th May. The flat is being rented out during August for the festival so the room is available from 17th May- end of July and available again at the start of Sepetember! Looking for a longer term Flatmate ideally but appreciate it may be tricky if you don’t have somewhere local to stay during August so open to a short term let from May- August and then to look for a longer term flatmate come September!
In the flat at the moment is me (Nicola, 25, yoga teacher/ doggy walker) and one other flatmate (Charles, 23, manager of the JustEat cycle hire scheme.) The flat is a really happy, relaxed place to be and I don’t think we’ve ever had a domestic about anything so would so love to find someone just as chilled to slot in to the house :)
We’re definitely more friends than just flatmates and try to catch dinner at the flat together when we can and regularly have friends over for dinner parties and cocktails. We’re both big foodies and love to keep all the shared bits of the flat as nice as we can so someone equally as houseproud would be a total bonus.
Totally open to boy/ girl, just looking for someone friendly, easy going, kind and someone who’s looking for more of a home than a flat share.
