THE FLATMATES
- Young professional females. I enjoy spontaneous adventures, beach bonfires, cooking, karaoke, board games. I will be working away and back on weekends and holidays
-We have a chill household, and we enjoy catching up at the end of the day, and occasionally sharing food and watching TV together.
We are both Christians, but are open to others not of Christian faith.

THE FLAT
- Spacious double room with lots of storage. There is a huge huge wardrobe not visible to the right of the photo
- There is a large kitchen with seating area and dining table.
-Lovely shared bathroom with instant hot water.

- internet and council tax included, utilities will come to £50-£110 depending on the season
- We are happy to have guests/ friends stay now and again, but really sorry, no boyfriends/ partners staying over.

- The flat is in a great, buzzing area with lots of bakeries and load of hipster-friendly cafes
- Just off Easter Road/ London Road and very close to Leith Walk which all have tonnes of pubs, bars, restaurants
- within walking distance of most places in central Edinburgh
- bus stops for buses 1, 4, 5, 19, 26, 34, 44, 45, 253 and N26 right outside
- short walk to Princes Street and Waverley
- a stones throw from Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat
