Hi! I am looking for a new flatmate to take the room that my friend and flatmate will be vacating soon.

The room is a small double with a chest of drawers, small wardrobe and a secretaire/desk. The flat is very cozy and has a homey feeling. The location is perfect for commuters to the Uni and old town. Only 5 min walk to the uni and 1 min walk to Holyrood Park and Arthur's seat.

As flatmate, I am looking for a tidy, respectful and easy going person. I offer the same thing, in addition to the home cinema in the living room :)
