We have a double room available for short term let, in our top floor flat in old town. We can be flexible on dates but require someone for a minimum of 1 month or maximum 3 months from mid June.

The room would suit students/ professionals relocating to Edinburgh, here for short-term study or work placements or just needing to escape the place they’ve been isolating in!

The room has a double bed, small wardrobe, shelves and drawers with an optional desk. You will be sharing a bathroom, kitchen and living room with two others.
We are both female professionals, in late 20’s/ early 30’s who are sociable and friendly.

This is our home, not just a shared space. We’re looking for someone clean and tidy who respects shared spaces.

Rent is £500 monthly or £115 per week.
