The double room is fairly large. The furniture is all new including the bed and mattress!
The newly decorated flat is quite big with separate bathroom, and kitchen . It is located in a quiet area. There is central heating and a power shower.
The location is amazing. All bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are all a few minutes if not less walk away. The tram stop is 2 minute walk away, as are the bus stops. Haymarket is 8 minute walk away.
George street and Princes street are both 3 minutes walk away.
I'm an easy going guy who's looking to rent out his spare room to someone who is also clean and respectful.
May consider pets and couples but rent would be higher.
