Hello! I'm Ilias and I have been living, studying and working in Edinburgh since 2016. My current flatmate is moving out on the 10th of March and his double bedroom becomes available. I am looking for someone to share a wonderful, spacious and clean flat besides Easter Road.

Currently working full-time for NHS Lothian at St. John's hospital in Livingston and also as a CBT therapist for a Third Sector Organisation. I consider this flat as a relaxing space to be able to chill and recharge, socialising while respecting each other's boundaries.

The cost for the rent is £375 (490-510£ including bills) and it is less than 2' from Lidl's, approximately 20' from Waverly station and less than 10' from Leith walk.
