Hello! My flatmate is unfortunately moving out soon so I am looking for someone to take her room.

Large, bright double room in Newington, Edinburgh that comes with a desk, large wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Shared living room and bathroom. Great kitchen with dining table. Located just 10 minutes from Edinburgh University, so perfect for students. Situated next to major bus routes, shops and amenities.

Rent is £490 a month, plus bills. Our bills have been a bit higher recently due working from home since COVID, so current rent plus bills is ~£570. This should decrease as life ~hopefully~ returns to normal!

The agency will require a UK based guarantor if you’re a student. If you’re working then you’d have to have worked for at least 6 months in the UK, and since I’m a student you would have to pay council tax.
