I'm going to be moving south for 3 months leaving my lovely flat and flatmate behind from early May- end July. So I'm looking for someone to take the flat for ideally all of that period (although stays of at least one month may be considered)

My housemate is awesome and neat and tidy and will be working from home most days. We're generally quite a quiet flat that consumes waaaaay too much Netflix and Deliveroo.

Re the room:
The room is actually massive (see the attached image). It also has a large wardrobe and an ensuite shower room with a basin.

Re the flat:
There is a large shared living/dining room that looks out onto the canal. It has a large dining table/ 2 side-tables/ coffee table/ 2 sofas, drinks cabinet, TV & TV stand. Two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bath), a large storage cupboard and a fairly large-sized kitchen. The kitchen has all of the usual appliances: toaster, kettle, microwave, hob/oven/grill, and a washer/dryer. There's a communal garden space at the back of the flat that is very nicely maintained (and perfect for lockdown coffee breaks!). In the room that's available there's a chest of drawers, inbuilt wardrobe, a double-bed and a bed-side table. There's also a large storage cupboard (behind the bike in the photos)- but I'm afraid I could include any more photos in the ad! *The bike will be gone.

There is a car parking space included with the flat and additional parking nearby. My current housemate and I have just split the cost of the second permit between us which has worked well.

At the moment internet and line rental is ~£5 each/month, and electricity is ~£23 each/month (in summer).

The flat building & surrounding area is surprisingly quiet which is great. You can walk to Fountainbridge or the Meadows/Morningside in ~5-10 minutes, and there's two very nice cafes just round the corner of the flat- hooray!
