I have found a great flat which I’m looking for another postgrad to take the second room in a second floor two bedroom fully-furnished flat, near the city centre, the university and the Meadows.

This stunning bright flat is near Lothian road making the location very central. Just a couple streets away from the Meadows, short walk to George Square, and close to lots of restaurants, cafes and bars.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, both fully furnished. A shower-room and seperate WC , a big hallway cupboard, and a good size kitchen/lounge.

The kitchen dinner has been recently renovated and includes a sofa area and dinning table. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (freezer draw included), oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The second double bedroom consists of a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror, i have viewed the flat and met the landlord. It's a great flat for only 450pcm without bills.

I would like to share with a fellow Postgrad student, someone who likes coffee, cooking and dinner parties would be great, but also likes to chill out and relax after a long day. I’m also quite an active person who likes the outdoors as well!
