lovely Marchmont flat. It's a good sized bedroom with a desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and standard double bed.

We appreciate a new flatmate to be considerate of keeping common areas tidy and clean, and that they are considerate of noise during unsociable hours 🙂

We are all busy with our own lives, but we're down for a chat and would love to have occasional flat hangouts and spontaneous tea gatherings in the living room and kitchen!
