The flat is located in Marchmont, with a range of shops, delis and coffee houses just a few minutes walk away. The meadows is also just a stone throw’s away! There are several bus links, and it’s about 25 minutes walk to Waverly station.

A bit about me:
I am an international Ph. D student studying in the University of Edinburgh and have stayed in Edinburgh for the past 5 years. Due to Covid, I will be doing a fair amount of work at home so I would want the flat to be pretty quiet during the week. Hence, I would prefer either final year students or postgrads! I love cooking and eating out, cycling and some chatting over a cup of tea as well! I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and pretty chilled. (which I am myself!)
The property is managed by a letting agency who will require a deposit of £350, a guarantor and references.
