Hello, I'm Rowan and I'm currently looking for a new flatmate! My current flatmate is moving back to New York and the flat is too good to let go.

About the flat: The spare room has a double bed, desk (currently in living room) and wardrobe. The flat has been recently renovated and has a spacious living room and kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher). The living room has great views of Arthurs Seat. The price is £575 pcm (with TV license and internet); gas, electricity and Council Tax separate. The flat is located in EH9 3ES, a quiet neighborhood. There is a bus stop for the 41 in front of the house, and it is a 15 min bus ride to George Sq. Cameron Toll shopping centre is a 15 min walk away and it’s a 5 min walk to Kings Buildings.

About me: I am from Northern Ireland and I am currently working in a Start Up Company based in the Royal Observatory (just up the road!). My background is in Engineering and I graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2020. I enjoy live music and going to a bar but also appreciate a quiet night in. I'm a founder of a start up so reluctantly spend a lot of time in the office! My hobbies include hiking, mountain biking, surfing, and cooking.
