My name is Miami and I am a second year Medical Sciences student. I live in a 2 bed flat located in Toll cross and I am looking for a new flatmate. It is a small flat with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, the location is great just a 10-15-minute walk from Cowgate, the University of Edinburgh's main campus and Princes Street. It also has great bus connections so you can travel anywhere across the city. The rent is £550 per month which is very cheap for how great the location is, the electric works off pay as you go and we average £40 per month, the only other bill to pay is the WiFi which is a further £13.25. The room will come part furnished, you will have a Wardrobe and built-in shelf storage but NO bed, however Facebook market is a good place to find cheap second- hand beds. I am looking for a friendly female flatmate who enjoys going out but can also appreciate people's alone time. More pictures of the flat can be provided if needed.
